Job summary

Ashby is seeking a high-touch Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to scale adoption of our platform across the EMEA region, from growth-stage startups to public companies. You will implement, train, and support customers while partnering with a small team of CSMs to ensure value realization and renewals.

You’ll manage 60 mid-market customers, drive adoption of a complex product, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations, and craft training that creates 'Ah ha!' moments for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS with implementation experience.
• Manages a book of ~60 mid-market customers and >$1.5M ARR.
• Works with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations.
• Experience turning product knowledge into customer value.
• Comfort with technically complex products.

Responsibilities

• Implement, train, and support adoption of Ashby for customers in EMEA.
• Lead 4–8 week implementations and ongoing value delivery.
• Collaborate with a four-person CSM team across the region.
• Develop tailored training to create 'Ah ha!' moments for customers.
• Drive renewals and help scale go-to-market processes.
