Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Lean Deployment leader for EMEA to own the deployment of lean methodologies across Spokes, connecting daily management with strategic CI programs. You will coach leaders, design certification, and embed lean thinking across Cluj-Napoca and regional sites. Fluency in English is essential, with travel across EMEA up to 40%.

You will partner with the CI Director EMEA to standardize practices, advance maturity, and ensure sustained improvements beyond project work.

Qualifications

Certified Black Belt (minimum); Lean practitioner credentials strongly preferred.
7+ years of Lean/CI experience across multi-site or complex environments.
Experience deploying lean methods operationally, not just training.
Track record of facilitating kaizen events with measurable outcomes.
Fluent English; additional EMEA languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own lean deployment roadmap for EMEA: 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Flow & Pull.
Lead kaizen events and coach cross-functional teams to sustainable improvements.
Facilitate Gemba walks and maintain an annual kaizen calendar.
Design and manage a multi-tier certification programme for lean competencies.
Drive daily problem solving and culture shift toward continuous improvement.
