Job summary

Vertiv in Cluj-Napoca leads global CI initiatives across EMEA, driving Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, A3, and 8D. The role owner ensures methodology consistency, training, and tollgate governance for project portfolios.

You will coach Black Belt and Green Belt practitioners, build a certification program, and ensure benefits are measured and sustained. This is a senior, strategic position reporting to the CI leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASQ/ IASSC Master Black Belt or equivalent.
• 10+ years Lean Six Sigma in multi-site environments.
• Proven track record building CI capability from early maturity to sustained high performance.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and continuously improve the EMEA CI methodology framework across Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, A3, and 8D.
• Coach and certify Black Belt/Green Belt practitioners and maintain certification standards.
• Own tollgate review process across the EMEA project portfolio with quality-gate checks and benefit validation.
• Lead cross-functional DMAIC investigations and apply advanced statistical methods to drive data-led improvements.
