Job summary

HID is seeking an experienced EMEA Finance Manager to join the Shared Services COE in Galway, Ireland on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will lead month-end close under IFRS for multiple entities, drive internal controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely financial reporting.

The role requires 5+ years of multinational accounting experience, IFRS/local GAAP knowledge, and strong leadership. Excellent MS Office and ERP skills (Oracle/OneStream) are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience in a multinational organization.
• Strong IFRS and local GAAP exposure.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Experience with Global Consolidation Tools, preferably OneStream.

Responsibilities

• Manage month end close process under IFRS with corporate deadlines.
• Govern balance sheet reconciliation processes for multiple entities.
• Oversee statutory compliance, taxation and reporting.
• Lead and develop the accounting team; build capabilities in controls and automation.
