Job summary

Amazon is seeking a versatile video engineer to support events, filming and post‑production across EMEA. You will manage end‑to‑end productions, coordinate with customers, and oversee on‑site and remote teams to deliver high‑quality content.

Travel within EMEA and occasional early or late hours are expected. The role requires hands‑on setup, rigging and operation of cameras, lighting and audio systems, plus a strong ability to communicate and solve problems under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing, transporting, setting up and operating production equipment.
  • Experience with video encoding and streaming media standards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with customer service and interpersonal communication.
  • 2+ years in video production or broadcast/events camera operation.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

  • Working with customers on the technical delivery of productions.
  • Setup and de-rig all equipment before and after a production.
  • Direct and own event operations during a production.
  • Develop, document and maintain production/AV standards.
  • Capture and edit video content including interviews and highlights.
  • Lead and oversee vendor personnel when required.
  • Work with team members across the organization.
  • Report needed equipment repairs and maintain preventive maintenance.
