Zusammenfassung

Omni is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead a high-growth sales team focused on customers with 501-5,000 employees. The role combines elite sales execution with coaching to scale operations and build scalable processes in the data ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and comfort in fast-paced Series A–D environments, preferably with BI or data analytics exposure. Dublin-based preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing enterprise teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS. Experience in BI, data analytics and/or ETL platforms strongly preferred.
• High agency and comfort driving results within fast-paced, Series A–D environments

Aufgaben

• Own enterprise new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
• Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure.
• Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.
• Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching.
• Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team.
• Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion.
• Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment.
