Job summary

PayPal is seeking an experienced international Employment Lawyer to join our lean Employment Legal team supporting APAC & EMEA regions. You will deliver strategic employment law advice to HR and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions while shaping global initiatives.

You will handle complex matters, monitor regulatory developments, manage investigations, and drive risk-aware workforce change projects in a fast-paced, global environment. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with strong employment law experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience advising HR and business leaders on complex cross-border matters.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, strategic employment law advice across APAC and EMEA jurisdictions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on compliance controls.
• Lead and manage employee investigations and litigation matters with external counsel.
• Partner with People Partners on workforce changes and restructurings.
