Job summary

Dolby is seeking a Digital Experiences Manager to drive EMEA digital content and experiences. You will partner with global teams to ensure local relevance while maintaining global standards, delivering high‑quality content across web, email, and campaigns.

The role requires editorial insight, CMS proficiency, and strong measurement discipline to optimize performance and inform strategy across multiple markets from Dublin.

Qualifications

• A genuine point of view on what good digital experience looks like, and a portfolio to back it up.
• Editorial instinct to frame stories for a digital audience.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows.
• Fluency in digital performance metrics and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the EMEA regional digital content and experiences strategy, aligned to global frameworks and audience personas.
• Lead end-to-end publishing and management of localized digital experiences across web, email, and campaign touchpoints using Dolby's CMS and digital publishing tools.
• Identify storytelling opportunities and creative angles for regional channels.
• Own regional digital performance monitoring and optimization, tracking metrics across owned channels.
