Descripción del empleo

Digital Experiences Mgr, EMEA (Contract)

Join the leader in entertainment innovation and help us design the future. At Dolby, science meets art, and high tech means more than computer code. As a member of the Dolby team, you’ll see and hear the results of your work everywhere, from movie theaters to smartphones. We continue to revolutionize how people create, deliver, and enjoy entertainment worldwide. To do that, we need the absolute best talent. We’re big enough to give you all the resources you need, and small enough so you can make a real difference and earn recognition for your work. We offer a collegial culture, challenging projects, and excellent compensation and benefits, not to mention a Flex Work approach that is truly flexible to support where, when, and how you do your best work.

Dolby doesn't just create technologies. We shape how the world's most compelling stories are experienced in the cinema, at home, on the road, and everywhere in between.

The Digital Experiences Manager is responsible for making that same impact felt across EMEA's digital channels. You'll get inside the minds of regional audiences and craft digital experiences that feel tailored to them. That means spotting the stories worth telling, finding the angle that makes them land, and working with cross functional teams to bring them to life. You'll do it as part of a global team with shared standards, shared frameworks, and a shared ambition. The job is knowing how to work within that framework, and when to push beyond it for your market.

You'll be embedded in Dublin, one of Europe's most creatively connected cities, working across markets from the UK and Ireland, to France, Germany, Spain, and Netherlands. You'll need both the cultural radar to read those markets and the operational discipline to create consistency across them.

Responsibilities
Regional Digital Strategy & Experience Planning
  • Develop and own the EMEA regional digital content and experiences strategy, aligned to global frameworks and audience personas.
  • Identify regional audience needs, cultural nuances, and market opportunities that should inform how global digital strategies are adapted and activated locally.
  • Partner with the Global Digital Experiences Lead to ensure regional plans ladder up to global objectives while maintaining local relevance.
  • Contribute regional perspective and market insights to global strategy development and content planning cycles.
Digital Execution & Content Publishing
  • Lead end-to-end publishing and management of localized digital experiences across web, email, and campaign touchpoints using Dolby's CMS and digital publishing tools.
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, localization quality, and compliance with global publishing standards.
  • Own the quality and integrity of EMEA digital experiences from planning through to live execution.
  • Perform content QA including layout validation, link testing, and cross-device experience checks.
Editorial Thinking & Storytelling
  • Identify storytelling opportunities that can bring Dolby’s impact on entertainment to life across EMEA digital channels.
  • Generate editorial ideas and creative angles in response to cultural moments, product launches, and audience interests across the region.
  • Partner with Social, Creative, and other cross-functional teams to define requirements and brief in ideas that go beyond standard campaign execution.
  • Ensure EMEA digital channels feel alive, timely, and relevant to audiences who are passionate about entertainment.
  • Lead regional campaign activation across owned digital channels, ensuring integrated, high-quality execution that reflects global campaign intent.
  • Coordinate with Creative, CRM, Social, and regional marketing teams to ensure assets, messaging, and timelines are aligned across channels.
  • Bring a connected-channel mindset to campaign delivery, helping ensure EMEA digital experiences complement and extend broader cross-channel activation.
Performance, Insights & Optimization
  • Own regional digital performance monitoring and optimization, tracking key metrics across owned channels including traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Maintain regional dashboards and deliver proactive performance reporting to EMEA and global stakeholders.
  • Lead A/B testing and content optimization initiatives for the region, translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Surface regional trends, audience signals, and optimization opportunities to inform both local and global strategy.
  • Apply global SEO and GEO frameworks to EMEA content, ensuring regional experiences are discoverable across search and AI-driven discovery environments.
  • Lead on-page optimization, metadata management, and keyword-driven content improvements for the region.
  • Monitor EMEA organic performance and proactively identify local search optimization opportunities.
Governance, Enablement & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Champion global content standards and governance frameworks within EMEA, ensuring consistent adoption across regional teams and programs.
  • Serve as the primary digital point of contact for EMEA regional marketing stakeholders, building trusted partnerships that support effective digital collaboration.
  • Provide feedback on platform usability, workflow gaps, and regional needs to inform global digital operations and roadmap planning.
Qualifications
What you bring
  • A genuine point of view on what good digital experience looks like, and the portfolio to back it up. We're not looking for someone who executes briefs. We're looking for someone who can improve them.
  • An editorial instinct. You notice the stories other people miss, and you know how to frame them for a digital audience.
  • 5 to 7 years in digital marketing, content strategy, or digital experience management, ideally with exposure to both regional and global marketing contexts.
  • The instinct to read a market. EMEA is not a monolith. You understand the difference between adapting content and actually localizing it.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows. You can get in and do the work, not just direct it.
  • Fluency in digital performance and the judgment to know which metrics actually matter for a given objective.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to represent a regional perspective in a global organization. You push back when the global brief doesn't translate. You do it constructively.
Helpful but not required
  • Experience managing digital programs across multiple EMEA markets simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
  • Understanding of integrated campaign activation across web, email, social, and CRM.
  • Experience contributing to or implementing content governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SEO/GEO optimization and AI-driven discovery environments.
What Success Looks Like
  • EMEA digital experiences are strategically sound, locally relevant, and executed to a high standard.
  • Regional digital plans are clearly connected to global strategy and audience frameworks.
  • EMEA campaign activations are integrated, on-brand, and delivered on schedule across owned channels.
  • Regional performance data is reliable, actionable, and shared proactively with stakeholders.
  • EMEA regional marketing partners view this role as a trusted strategic and execution collaborator.
  • Global digital standards are consistently applied and championed across the region.
