Job summary
Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Technology Manager, EMEA Contracting to own the product vision for contracting tech across the region. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology product management, product ownership, or commercial IT roles.
- Experience with enterprise systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP, tender management) and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, backlog, and roadmap for EMEA contracting technology solutions.
- Translate business and legal requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Lead agile delivery, sprint planning, and timely releases.
- Drive AI, analytics, and automation to modernize contracting platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and scalable integrations across platforms.
