The position emphasizes Agile delivery, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and IT, with a hybrid work model and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology product management, product ownership, or commercial IT roles in regulated environments.
• Experience with enterprise systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP) and system integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for EMEA contracting technology solutions.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Commercial, Pricing, Tender Management, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solutions.
• Lead Agile delivery with sprint planning, reviews, and high-quality releases.
• Apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms and enable data-driven decisions.
