• Around 4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, community management, or related role.
• Strong writing ability across formats and channels.
• Experience managing content calendars in fast-paced environments.
• Interest in building communities and creating engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content across social, email, blog, video, and community channels to educate, inform, and engage.
• Own the editorial calendar and plan timely, high-impact content.
• Translate product launches, customer stories, and industry trends into compelling content for multiple audiences.
• Write clear, engaging copy reflecting Rippling's voice and simplify complex topics.
• Repurpose long-form content into snackable assets for various channels.
• Grow and nurture Rippling's community by encouraging participation and celebrating contributions.
• Plan and run community initiatives including AMAs, webinars, and virtual events.
• Build relationships with customers, advocates, and internal experts to surface stories and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Design to deliver cohesive content and experiences.
