Job summary

SRG in Ireland is seeking a Community Content Specialist for a 12‑month PAYE contract, fully remote or hybrid. You will own the content lifecycle, crafting warm, conversational pieces that engage an online community and writing in‑forum content that resonates with users of a SaaS product.

You will work hands‑on in conversations, develop how‑to guides and monthly round‑ups, and partner with cross‑functional teams on SEO, onboarding, and content strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing engaging, conversational content for online communities.
• Background in community management or customer experience with content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the community content calendar end‑to‑end.
• Create engaging how‑to guides, tips, and round‑ups for the software community.
• Engage directly in forums to understand conversations and build relationships.
• Refresh UI copy and in‑platform content to stay clear and on‑brand.
• Collaborate on content optimisation, including SEO and discoverability.
• Share customer sentiment with wider teams and contribute to community initiatives.
