Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to provide cost support, guidance and recommendations to the Data Centre project delivery team, ensuring cost management across a portfolio of fast paced construction projects.

You will work with design, construction, procurement, finance and legal teams to deliver efficient data centers, drive value engineering, manage vendor proposals, track cost performance, and oversee monthly reporting across Europe, the Middle East

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Engaging and managing third party Quantity Surveyors.
• Validating construction cost estimates at various stages of design.
• Defining and tracking cost performance metrics and leading monthly cost reporting.
• Implementing, maintaining and executing all cost control, change management, progress and performance reporting.
• Validating the final award amount and scope based on contract documents.
