Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in full software development lifecycle.
• 10+ years architecting complex embedded software systems.
• Experience reading hardware schematics and communicating complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define software vision for Datacenters & Energy business unit.
• Lead development of real-time embedded systems for power management.
• Architect scalable, robust software solutions with security and performance in mind.
• Mentor junior to staff engineers and drive best practices.
