Job summary

Mitros is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electricians and apprentices across domestic and commercial solar PV installations. The role involves ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance on site.

You will lead technical reviews, audits and provide guidance to operations and sales teams, while developing processes within the growing EPC business. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, deep knowledge of Irish standards, and a willingness to travel 2–3 days per

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams including electricians and apprentices.
• Strong understanding of Irish electrical standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of Safe Electric requirements and compliance.
• Knowledge of SEAI requirements for solar PV installations.
• Experience in solar PV or renewable energy environments.
• Strong focus on health and safety.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on quality and compliance.
• Experience conducting site inspections and audits.
• CRM or scheduling tools experience desirable.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and apprentices on domestic and commercial solar PV installations.
• Provide technical guidance and review electrical works for quality and compliance.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and quality checks.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and non-compliance.
• Assist with troubleshooting solar PV systems and customer faults.
• Support safety, training and development of team.
• Coordinate electrical resources across projects.
• Provide technical input during project planning and installation.
