Global Professional Consultants are hiring an Electrical Supervisor for a Data Centre project in Milan, Italy. You will report to the Electrical Project Manager, coordinating resources, leading a team, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate holds an electrical qualification or trade background, has 3+ years in supervision, and has worked for an M&E contractor in Ireland or the UK. MS Office proficiency and initiative are essential; a competitive salary is on offer.

Electrical Supervisor (Milan)

Electrical Supervisor required to join one of Ireland’s largest Tier 1 Main Contractors to work on a Data Centre project in Milan, Italy. The successful Electrical Supervisor will report into the Electrical Project Manager.

Our client is in a period of continued growth in this region and have a large order book for the next 5+ years. They offer both job security and excellent progression opportunities.

Duties:

• Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
• Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
• Prepare relevant reports
• Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
• Reporting on progress
• Ensure the quality of work is maintained throughout installation
• Carry out weekly toolbox talks
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance for direct staff and sub-contractors
• Regular reviews of working practices to help improve site safety

Requirements:

• An Electrical Engineering qualification or an Electrical trade background.
• A minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory role.
• Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
• Must have worked for an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK
• Must be driven and be able to work off their own initiative.
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
