Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a large-scale Data Centre project in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will manage day-to-day electrical works, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safety, quality, programme and budget targets are met.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5+ years' experience on major construction projects, with data centre delivery advantageous.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or relevant trade background.
• 5+ years’ experience in Electrical Project Management on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience delivering electrical packages for Data Centre advantageous.
• Experience working with an M&E Contractor or Main Contractor in Ireland, the UK, or mainland Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and budget targets are achieved.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and client teams throughout installation and commissioning phases.
• Monitor project progress, procurement, labour resources, and key project risks, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Lead site meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain project reporting and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical standards, QA/QC procedures, and health & safety requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities to ensure successful project completion.
