H&MV Engineering in Dublin is seeking an Electrical Quality Control Supervisor to oversee HV installations, grid connections, substations, and equipment compliance with our quality, safety, and regulatory standards across Ireland.

You will lead QA/QC on projects, coordinate Inspection and Test Plans, mentor site teams in digital inspection tools, and drive remediation before energisation to ensure safety and project success.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified electrical or quality engineer.
• Experience in high-voltage work in substations.
• At least 2 years of on-site Electrical QA/QC experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly to projects around the country.

Aufgaben

• Carry out routine inspections of live HV construction projects.
• Ensure construction work meets the highest quality standards.
• Report defects and ensure quality systems are followed.
• Develop new technical quality documents and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) on projects.
• Mentor site staff in digital inspection tools and best practices.
• Coordinate Quality Kick-off meetings for new projects/contractors.
