Job summary

Navartis Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join a leading international engineering contractor delivering data centre projects in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on commercial management of electrical packages, with opportunities at Senior and QS levels, and a strong pipeline across Ireland.

Candidates with electrical or MEP background and data centre experience are preferred. There is a 5+ year pipeline of work offering international exposure and career progression within

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying for electrical/MEP projects.
• Data centre experience is highly advantageous.
• Open to Senior QS candidates with larger packages and teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial delivery of electrical packages from procurement through to final account
• Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations and change orders
• Managing subcontractor accounts and commercial performance
• Supporting subcontract procurement and tender processes
• Preparing cost reports, forecasts and cash-flow projections
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
• Reviewing contractual requirements and ensuring commercial compliance
• Supporting the preparation and negotiation of claims
• Working closely with project, engineering, procurement and commercial teams
• Building relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Supporting commercial close-out and final account negotiations
