3D Personnel Ltd is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead the electrical package on a major data centre project in Dublin. This senior role requires hands-on management of installation, safety, quality and programme delivery.

You will coordinate with mechanical, CSA and commissioning teams, oversee package managers and subcontractors, and report progress to the project lead. Salary is €110,000 - €130,000.

Qualifications

• Significant electrical construction management experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV, UPS and standby generation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
