Job summary

RedChair Recruitment client seeks an Electrical Project Co-Ordinator to join a growing, hands-on team in a client-facing role based in Ireland.

You will coordinate electrical works from installation to handover, liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, and ensure projects meet specifications and regulations with a focus on practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification or strong electrical engineering background.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, circuits and installations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident dealing with clients and contractors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and solve problems under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Previous site or project coordination experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical works and activities on site from installation through to completion.
• Act as the main electrical point of contact for clients on site.
• Liaise with electrical contractors, engineers, project managers and internal teams.
• Review electrical drawings, schematics and project specifications.
• Coordinate design changes, technical queries and site requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure electrical installations meet design requirements, quality standards and relevant regulations.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
