GEDON™ | Precision Search for Complex Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical infrastructure projects in Ireland. You’ll own mobilisation to energisation and handover, managing programmes, budgets and interfaces with clients and network operators.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering electrical or power infrastructure projects.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience on HV/MV substations, grid connections, cabling or renewable energy projects.
• Familiarity with ESB Networks and EirGrid standards and processes is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of programme, cost and contract management, including NEC or PWC.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full clean driving licence and the flexibility to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of electrical infrastructure projects, from mobilisation to energisation and handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure delivery on time and within cost.
• Coordinate engineering, site and subcontract teams, as well as interfaces with clients and network operators.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, risk and progress reporting under NEC, PWC and bespoke forms of contract.
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with health and safety, quality and relevant network standards.
• Lead procurement of key equipment and subcontract packages, working closely with commercial colleagues.
• Manage testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
• Build strong client relationships to support repeat business.
