GEDON™ | Precision Search for Complex Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical infrastructure projects in Ireland. You’ll own mobilisation to energisation and handover, managing programmes, budgets and interfaces with clients and network operators.
The role offers a clear career path within a growing energy and grid projects pipeline, with autonomy and a safety-focused team and leadership support.
Our client is an established electrical engineering and infrastructure business delivering power and electrical works for clients across the energy, utilities and mission-critical sectors. Their projects support the systems that keep homes, businesses and critical facilities connected and powered.
With a strong reputation for technical capability, safe delivery and dependable project performance, the business has built long-standing relationships with major clients and continues to secure repeat work. Their teams combine practical site knowledge with engineering expertise, allowing them to take on projects of increasing scale and complexity.
Demand for electrical infrastructure in Ireland is rising sharply, driven by grid reinforcement, renewable energy connections and the growth of energy-intensive facilities. In response, the business is expanding its project delivery team and investing in experienced professionals who can help it take advantage of a sustained pipeline of work.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of electrical infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to energisation and handover. Typical schemes may include substations, grid connections, cabling and power distribution works, delivered for clients in the utilities, renewables and mission-critical sectors.
You will work within a collaborative, safety-focused team, coordinating engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors and client representatives. The environment rewards ownership and initiative, and project managers are given the autonomy to run their projects while being backed by an experienced leadership team.
The role offers broad exposure across the full project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. For an ambitious electrical project manager, it is an opportunity to build a strong track record on nationally important infrastructure, with a clear path towards senior project and operational leadership.
This role offers a salary of €90,000-€110,000 plus benefits. Just as importantly, it provides a long-term career platform within an established electrical infrastructure business with a strong pipeline of work. You will gain exposure to significant energy and grid projects in a growing market, supported by a leadership team that invests in its people and offers a clear route into senior project and operational leadership.
