Job summary

Echelon-DC is seeking an experienced Electrical and I&C Lead to span power delivery and data-centre projects. You will be involved from design through commissioning to final handover on campus builds in Ireland, with a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will manage electrical and I&C scopes, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, supervise QA, safety, and procurement activities, and ensure compliant, timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical and I&C for large-scale data-centre, power plants or heavy construction.
• Experience coordinating on-site electrical and I&C delivery and commissioning.
• Strong contractor management and QA/process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own development of contractor scope of work and competency assessments.
• Coordinate site teams, monitor workmanship quality and safety compliance.
• Lead pre-commissioning activities and sign-off readiness checks.
• Manage interfaces with Power Delivery, civil, EI&C, IT/Comms to prevent clashes.
• Supply handover packs and as-built documentation for operations.
