Job summary

Designer Group is seeking a Project Director (Electrical) to lead M&E delivery for data centre projects. Based in Vienna as part of the Operations team, you will drive multi-contract delivery, manage senior personnel and ensure projects meet time, budget and quality targets.

You will oversee procurement, design development, risk management and client-facing relationships, reporting to the Operations Director.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar M&E role delivering key projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E industry and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-contract M&E projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage senior project personnel and client/stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee design development, procurement, and submittals.
• Maintain risk registers and manage change control.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental policies.
• Report progress to the Operations Director and agree profit targets.
