Murphy is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support our expanding Water & Wastewater portfolio, delivering design-to-operation solutions for Uisce Éireann, Northern Ireland Water and other key clients.

You will produce electrical detailed designs, work with design teams on drawings, coordinate between disciplines and manage commissioning and handover activities to ensure project success.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in electrical engineering, preferably in Water & Wastewater
• Level 7/8 degree in Electrical Engineering
• Full clean driving licence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills

Mansioni

• Produce electrical detailed design submissions
• Produce design and construction drawings/documentation with design teams
• Coordinate between Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Structural designers
• Prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Health & Safety documents
• Prepare scope documents and tender packages
• Review subcontract tender and contract pricing
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors and prepare purchase orders and sub-contract agreements
• Manage site personnel and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with design and programme
• Perform quality checks to ensure designs meet outputs and commissioning readiness
• Prepare commissioning documentation and supervise commissioning
• Coordinate project close-out and handover to end users
