TLI Group is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead the safe delivery of its Substation projects in Ireland. The role combines site work with home/office duties and requires strong leadership of civil or electrical crews and a focus on program delivery.

You will manage client orders, resources, and costings, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the team. Experience in the utilities sector and PSDP/PSCS knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or trade qualification preferred.
• Electrical trade background desirable.
• Knowledge of PSDP/PSCS.
• QA/QC experience and high standards.
• Experience in the utilities sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client orders management and prioritisation.
• Allocate resources to ensure timely completion of works.
• Set accurate client expectations on orders and turnaround times.
• Manage overheads/order costings for viability.
• Performance management of crews and wider team.
• Ensure safety, permits to work and compliance on site.
