Qualifications

• Healthcare or social care qualification or equivalent experience.
• Availability to work varied shifts including days, nights and weekends.
• Experience in elderly care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents promoting independence and dignity.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, toileting, moving and transferring.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and families.
• Ensure confidentiality and resident safety at all times.
• Communicate changes or concerns in resident needs or care.
