Qualifications

Healthcare or social care qualification or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Provide care to residents ensuring independence and dignity, following care plans.
Assist with personal care and mobility.
Develop and maintain relationships with residents and families.
Adhere to confidentiality policies at all times.
Ensure resident safety and well-being.
Deliver high-quality care including personal care, toileting, moving and transferring.
Communicate changes or concerns regarding resident needs or care.
