Competenze
- Healthcare qualification OR relevant experience in a care setting.
- Willingness to work varied shifts (days/nights/weekends).
- Experience in elderly care is desirable.
Mansioni
- Provide care to residents, promoting independence and dignity per care plans.
- Support personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
- Build relations with residents and families.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure safety at all times.
- Deliver high quality care including personal care and moving/transferring.
- Report changes or concerns in resident needs promptly.
- Follow health, safety and infection control guidelines.
