Qualifications

• Healthcare qualification or related care experience.
• Willing to work varied shift patterns including days, nights and weekends.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in elderly care is desirable.
• Newly graduated HealthCare Assistants welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents promoting independence and dignity according to care plans.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with residents and families.
• Adhere to confidentiality policy.
• Ensure resident safety at all times.
• Deliver high quality personal care, toileting, moving and transferring.
• Communicate changes or concerns about resident needs.
• Adhere to health, safety and infection control regs.
• Maintain a safe, peaceful and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
