Qualifications
- Healthcare/social care qualification or relevant care experience.
- Availability to work varied shifts days, nights & weekends.
- Practical experience in a caring capacity preferred.
- Experience in elderly care desirable; newly graduated HCAs welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to residents to promote independence and dignity.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, toileting and moving & transferring.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with residents and families.
- Follow care plans and ensure resident safety and confidentiality.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Infection Prevention regulations.
- Communicate changes or concerns regarding resident needs.
