Job summary

Crown is seeking an EHS Coordinator to join its Health & Safety team, based in Roundwood or Bray, Co. Wicklow. The role supports health and safety operations across Ireland, the UK and Europe, coordinating training, records, audits and reporting.

You will work with the EHS Director and site teams to maintain records, manage the ONOS platform, and develop safety processes. A proactive, highly organised approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or support role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
• Professional approach to handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the EHS Director and wider Health & Safety team.
• Manage and maintain the ONOS health and safety management platform.
• Administer user accounts, access permissions and platform records.
• Ensure incidents, audits, inspections, training records and corrective actions are recorded.
• Generate reports and analyse health and safety data for compliance and performance reviews.
• Coordinate health and safety training programmes across sites.
• Schedule training sessions and liaise with external providers.
• Maintain training matrices, records and certification renewals.
• Monitor training compliance and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate health and safety award applications with supporting evidence.
