Job summary

Force in Castlepollard, Westmeath, is seeking an experienced EHS & Facilities Manager to drive the Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001) and Environmental/Energy systems (ISO 14001/50001). You will lead the facilities team and embed safety into daily operations.

The role blends technical leadership with change leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, risk management and continuous improvement across EHS, facilities, energy and environment, in collaboration with Operations, Engineering

Qualifications

Qualified in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental/Facilities management, or engineering.
Experience leading ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of health and safety laws, environmental compliance, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve the Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
Develop the site safety strategy and annual EHS plan with improvements.
Lead EHS and Facilities team, coach managers, and drive safety culture.
