Job summary

A local nursery and Montessori school in Dublin is looking for 3 Early Years Educators. The ideal candidates should have a recognized Early Years qualification and good interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include ensuring the health and safety of children and working collaboratively with the childcare team. Benefits include employee assistance and wellness programs. Qualifications

Job Description

Bomany Montessori is looking to recruit 3 (Full time or Part time) Early Years Educators / Lead.

Skills/Abilities

• Good humoured, flexible and self – motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• To report any concerns or issues to Manager
• Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions
• To be responsible for the health, safety and well-being of the Children, staff and building
• Ability to plan and organise activities and your designated area in accordance with current childcare guidelines and Siolta and Aistear
• Ability to work to a timetable to complete all day to day tasks
• Ability to keep records, observe children and compile individual learning records
• Ability to work in conjunction with existing Childcare Team to provide a high standard of care and education

Qualifications Required

• Have a recognized Early Years qualification at Level 5/6/8 +, or equivalent recognized by DCDE
• Have necessary qualifications/experience
• Successfully completed a First Aid course/ manual handling

Experience Required

• Have a working knowledge of Siolta and Aistear
• Experience is desirable though not essential
