Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and oversee the operations of Bomany Montessori. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable individual to manage and develop our business, ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional childcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care and education.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of services and drive business growth.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of dedicated childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community to promote the centre and its services.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children and staff within the centre.

Qualifications Required

NFQ 7/8 in Early Childhood Care and Education.

Knowledge of the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) and Pobal, ensuring compliance with national standards and effective use of funding.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholdeer.

Experience Required

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the childcare or education sector.
