Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a prestigious executive education programme in Dublin. Based in Dublin 2, this hybrid role will manage planning, delivery and graduation activities while ensuring an outstanding participant experience.

You will work with the Head of Learning & Education to supervise day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, delivery (classroom and online), and interactions with tutors and external partners, onboarding

Qualifications

  • Experience managing programmes, projects or operations.
  • Experience in executive education, professional training, membership organisations, higher education or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programme schedules and delivery across classroom and online formats.
  • Liaise with tutors and external partners to ensure quality delivery.
  • Oversee onboarding of participants, examinations support, and graduation events.
  • Maintain programme resources and oversee day-to-day management to deliver a first-class learning experience.

Are you an experienced Programme Manager who enjoys delivering high-quality learning experiences and working with senior business leaders? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a prestigious executive education programme, managing its successful delivery from planning through to graduation while ensuring an outstanding participant experience.

Working closely with the Head of Learning & Education, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of a professional development programme. You'll coordinate programme schedules, manage classroom and online delivery, liaise with tutors and external partners, and ensure every stage of the programme runs smoothly. From onboarding participants and supporting examinations to coordinating graduation events and maintaining programme resources, you'll play a central role in delivering a first-class learning experience.

You'll have previous experience managing programmes, projects or operations, ideally within executive education, professional training, membership organisations, higher education or a similar environment.
