SSTC Institute is seeking a Business Development Executive in Dublin to identify and recruit students for various programs by developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies. You will engage prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships to drive enrollment growth.

You will design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, respond to inquiries with clear information, and collaborate with sponsors and agents. Travel for trade shows may be required.

Competenze

• Basic sales experience with strong communication skills.
• Digital marketing experience and knowledge.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Prior experience in the education sector or industry preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement marketing plans and schedules for each program to increase student recruitment.
• Collaborate with sponsors, media reps, and professionals to execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Design sales strategies including promotions and events to boost enrollment.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students with clear information using prepared scripts.
• Ask targeted questions to understand student needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
• Persuade prospective students by showing how programs meet their goals.
• Record prospective students' information accurately in the database.
• Resolve complaints to protect and enhance reputation.
• Exceed sales quotas by following up and facilitating enrollments.
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and useful customer information for analysis.
• Provide timely answers to questions from agents and students about programs.
• Build and sustain excellent client relationships through superior customer service.
• Analyze market trends, data, demographics, and pricing strategies to improve marketing and sales performance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all activities.
• Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients as required to promote programs.
• Train and update agents to ensure they are knowledgeable and effective in promoting programs.
