Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in Dublin, Ireland seeks an experienced Product Manager to own data-driven roadmaps within the EdTech platform. You will partner with data scientists, analysts and engineers to shape metrics and drive product decisions that impact student outcomes.

You will lead agile ceremonies, createEpics/User stories, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into actionable plans. A strong background in education technology and data storytelling is essential.

Formación

• Experience in software development/product management in education technology.
• Ability to lead feature-rich product roadmaps aligned to business needs.
• Proven success leading teams with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to prepare metrics and report platform/product trends to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of K-12 education tech trends and classroom needs.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with speed and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a healthy backlog for data requirements aligned with the data strategy and vision for platform initiatives.
• Articulate the data vision and roadmap in long- and short-term planning and business cases.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify data requirements and expectations.
• Create epics and user stories from multiple sources and use cases.
• Participate in story sizing and Scrum ceremonies.
• Prioritize requirements with the team based on market needs and business value.
• Identify data needs to guide stakeholders and decisions.
