Qualifications

• Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow for sensor-driven models.
• Proficiency in Python and C++, with integration into simulation platforms and robotic systems.
• Understanding of sensor physics, signal processing, and sim-to-real transfer challenges.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and validation against real-world data.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement physics-informed ML models for sensor simulation with physical realism.
• Develop and optimize simulation workflows combining physics-based modelling with data-driven approaches for sensors (ToF, RGB-D, LiDAR, IMUs).
• Collaborate with hardware, AI, and simulation teams to integrate outputs into real-world systems.
• Apply noise modelling, domain randomization, and physics-based constraints to reduce the sim-to-real gap.
• Stay current with PIML advances and sensor simulation tech, contributing internally.
• Utilize platforms such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim, ROS/ROS2, and USD for development.
