Job summary

Uvation is seeking a detail-oriented Product Research & Catalog Executive to research, create, and maintain accurate product listings across our technology marketplace. You will manage Magento listings with complete details, update models and pricing, and perform regular audits for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Magento product management or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI-based research tools and data extraction techniques.
• Good understanding of technology products (IT hardware/software, cloud, AI solutions).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on newly launched products from official brand websites and trusted sources.
• Create and manage product listings on the Magento platform with complete and accurate details including Manufacturer (MFG) number, Pricing, Technical specifications, Product descriptions, and high-quality images.
• Regularly update existing product listings to reflect latest models, specifications, and pricing changes.
• Perform routine audits of product catalogs to identify and correct discrepancies or missing information.
• Ensure all product data meets quality standards and aligns with marketplace guidelines.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and consistency.
• Leverage AI-powered research tools to gather and validate product information quickly and effectively.
• Monitor competitor websites to stay updated with market trends and product positioning.
