Job summary

GymPlusCoffee seeks an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Coordinator to join our Supply Chain and Customer Service team in Dublin. This temporary contract role focuses on delivering fantastic service to our ecommerce customers during our busiest period, with office-based work in Dublin city.

You will handle customer queries, process returns and refunds, and use ticket-based systems to keep customers informed while contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a system-based customer-facing role in Supply Chain or Customer Service.
• Strong team ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to improving your customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries while maintaining quality and exceeding expectations.
• Provide resolutions and advice using eDesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Manage customer returns and refunds process.
• Follow up on interactions to ensure timely updates.
• Respond to queries using initiative and going the extra mile for customers.
• Complete adhoc tasks within the department.
• Contribute to a positive team culture.
