Job summary

HRI Racecourses Ltd is seeking an Ecommerce & Commercial Executive to manage the day-to-day ticketing system across four racecourses, aligning with promotions and capabilities. You will support hospitality during festivals and larger meetings, and assist the Commercial team with sponsorship and partnerships.

The role requires excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and experience with ticketing, CRM, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial mindset with sponsorship/partnership experience.
• Strong understanding of online sales, ticketing, CRM and reporting.
• Analytical with ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations and commercial materials.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive with solid project administration.
• Experience in sport/events/hospitality with racing knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ticketing system across four racecourses.
• Provide race day support and ensure access control readiness.
• Train staff and maintain user manuals for ticketing.
• Collaborate with Commercial & Finance on special products and reporting.
• Support sponsorship and commercial partnerships, deliver assets and reports.
• Coordinate activations with Marketing, Digital and Racecourse ops.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals and post-event reports.
