Bus Éireann is seeking an experienced HR Manager – Eastern Region to lead a small team in delivering a comprehensive range of HR services across the Eastern Region.
Reporting to the Strategic Workforce Planning & Recruitment Senior Manager, you will develop the annual People Plan, advise regional and local management, and ensure HR activities align with organisational priorities and evolving business needs.

- Lead a small team delivering HR services across the Eastern Region.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to regional and local management on HR matters.
- Develop and implement an annual People Plan for the region.
- Coordinate delivery of HR and recruitment priorities with business needs.
- Build strong partnerships and ensure HR services align with organisational priorities.
