The role supports high-quality pedagogical practice, strengthens curriculum planning, assessment, reflective practice, and documentation.

Reporting to the Crèche Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with educators to implement Aistear and Siólta Frameworks and contribute to quality improvement.
