Maynooth University Crèche, part of Student Services on the North Campus, seeks an enthusiastic Early Years Educator, Quality and Curriculum Mentor to join our team. The role supports high-quality pedagogical practice, strengthens curriculum planning, assessment, reflective practice, and documentation.

Reporting to the Crèche Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with educators to implement Aistear and Siólta Frameworks and contribute to quality improvement.

Maynooth University Crèche is now seeking an enthusiastic, reflective, and experienced Early Years Educator, Quality and Curriculum Mentor to join our team.Operatingfrom a modern, purpose-built Crèche in the heart of our North Campus this role will support high-quality pedagogical practice across the setting. Reporting to the Crèche Manager, or her nominee, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators to strengthen curriculum planning, assessment, reflective practice, pedagogical documentation, and quality improvement processes aligned with the principles of Aistear andSiólta Frameworks.

This role will form part of a small team providing childcare and pre-school services to the children of both staff and students of Maynooth University. Established in 1977, we pride ourselves on offering excellent services in a welcoming atmosphere, and child centred setting.

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.

23:30hrs (local Irish time) onSunday, 4th October 2026.
