Job summary

Treehouse Childcare, Clonsilla Branch, is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join our team. You will prepare curriculum plans based on children's needs, observations, Aistear and Siolta principles, and support development in a nurturing environment.

The role requires Level 5 childcare qualification, eligibility to work in Ireland, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team; training provided on in-service basis.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 5 qualification in childcare (or equivalent recognised by DCEDIY)
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have excellent knowledge of Child Development and be able to advocate for the child.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Curriculum plans (long-term, mid-term, short-term) based on children's needs, observations, Aistear and Siolta principles
• Comply with regulatory standards as set by TUSLA
• Engage positively with children, families and work colleagues
• Maintain the classroom and equipment and ensure the Health and Safety of the children at all times
• Perform any reasonable duties that may be assigned time to time

• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
