Early Years Educator - Full Time

• Main duties and responsibilities include: Caring for Children
• Planning and developing curriculum and activities
• Observing, recording and monitoring the development
• Daily Communication with parents
• Weekly and Monthly lesson plans
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Maintaining health and safety standards

To be successful in this position, you must have:

• Minimum: QQI Level 5 in Childcare
• Minimum of 1 years experience
• Great personal and interactive skills
• Professional and motivated in all aspects of childcare
• The ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
• Fluent in written and spoken English

The desirable candidate for the role should have the ability to bring new and exciting approaches of working with children to the team and be willing to work in partnership. The successful candidate will provide a home from home atmosphere for the children allowing them to learn and flourish in a comfortable environment.
