Job summary

Occupli Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Planner to support an embedded contractor assignment at a Cork-based industrial facility. This role involves providing planning support to ensure effective execution of E&I maintenance activities.

The candidate will work closely with maintenance and engineering teams, developing high-quality work plans and improving work readiness. Experience in Oil & Gas and strong organisational skills are essential.

This opportunity is long-term and involves working within a highly technical refinery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar planning role.
• Proven track record in the petrochemical and process manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain E&I maintenance work plans.
• Coordinate with various teams for work readiness.
• Maintain planning data in management systems.
• Support backlog management and optimisation of activities.

Skills

Proven experience as an E&I Planner

Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical

Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation maintenance

Experience developing maintenance job plans

Familiarity with CMMS systems

Ability to interpret technical documentation

Strong organisational skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience supporting turnaround/shutdown planning

Knowledge of maintenance safety systems
